As with our other developments in the West End, Beauxwright has created a product at an attainable price point where there is significant demand and inventory is tight. With immediate access to Rozzelles Ferry Road, which was recently improved with sidewalks, crossings and enhanced median and landscaping, Greenway Townhomes offers one of the shortest commutes to Uptown from any neighboring community.
Beauxwright’s vision for Greenway Townhomes is to create a cornerstone of the Historic West End community, with the property’s location near Five Points Plaza, the epicenter of revitalization and growth. Beauxwright and Dan Ryan Builders worked closely with Greenway Townhomes’ future neighbors during the year-long development of the community and subdivision. Throughout planning and rezoning, stakeholder feedback was included at every available opportunity, earning strong community support.
Greenway Townhomes has been built in two phases: the first is 84 homes on 6.25 acres, the second is 49 on 5.23 acres. Each home features three bedrooms (some with a four-bedroom option), with a garage and study or bonus room on the first level, and main living on the second floor, with expansive kitchen dining space. Greenway Townhomes sold out in the spring of 2023.
