BEAUXWRIGHT LAUNCHES BUILD-FOR-RENT TOWNHOME AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT IN HIGHLAND CREEK
Urban Walkability, Lower Price Point in Popular North Charlotte Community
Charlotte, NC - Beauxwright, LLC, is proud to announce the launch of Cascadia, a new build-for-rent townhome and retail development in Highland Creek, one of Charlotte’s largest and fastest-growing communities.
This seven-acre, mixed-use project in North Charlotte includes 89 new-build, three-story townhomes and 4,000 SF of retail, and answers the demand for build-for-rent townhomes in an area where there is currently little inventory and price points are high.
Beauxwright has partnered with White Point, who is leading the retail construction and leasing, and Copper Builders, who is utilizing a custom homebuilder approach to the design and construction of the townhomes.
