Construction To Start January 2021


Charlotte, NC - Beauxwright, LLC, is proud to announce the launch of their Greenway Townhomes project, located on 11.4 acres along Rozzelles Ferry Road in Charlotte’s emerging Historic West End. Beauxwright’s purchase of the land for Greenway Townhomes was closed on Dec. 21, 2020. Beauxwright will start sitework in January. Dan Ryan Builders will start home construction in June. When completed, Greenway Townhomes will feature 133 three-bedroom homes with easy access to Uptown Charlotte, and nearby outdoor amenities and restaurants. Greenway Townhomes will be move-in ready by the end of 2021.

The location of Greenway Townhomes is ideal for those seeking an urban lifestyle with coffee shops, breweries and trails in walking distance. Greenway Townhomes is located between Rozzelles Ferry Road and West Trade Street, between the Stewart Creek Greenway and Judson Avenue, near the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. While Greenway Townhomes is convenient to Center City Charlotte, it is designed to be a cornerstone of the Historic West End community and near Five Points Plaza, the epicenter of revitalization and growth. Beauxwright and Dan Ryan Builders worked closely with Greenway Townhomes’ future neighbors during the year-long development of the community and subdivision. Throughout planning and rezoning, stakeholder feedback has been included at every available opportunity, earning strong community support. 

Greenway Townhomes will be built in two phases: the first will be 84 homes on 6.25 acres, the second will be 49 on 5.23 acres. Each home will feature three bedrooms (some with a four-bedroom option), with a garage and study or bonus room on the first level, and main living on the second floor, with expansive kitchen dining space. Homes will be priced in the high $300s. Cooper adds that Greenway Townhomes would not have been possible without the support of broker Forde Britt with Land Advisors Organization and Michael Gander with lender Carter Bank.
